Elizabeth has lived in Chicago's North and Northwest suburbs her whole life. For the last 16 years she has called Grayslake home. She attended Buffalo Grove High School, Eastern Illinois University, where she received a BA in psychology,and earned a Masters Degree in Education from Loyola University.

She volunteers at her son's school, organizes an annual neighborhood garage sale, puts out a monthly neighborhood newsletter and generally knows whats happening in the area. She is also a member of the Exchange Club of Grayslake volunteering her time to local not for profit causes in the area.
